Job Description
At CNH, new hourly employees are hired into the resource pool. The resource pool employees are our contingent workforce for employees on medical leave and for filling open positions from our internal job posting process. Resource pool employees will fill these permanent openings based on their seniority date. Possible open positions are:
· Assemble
· Assemble Float
· Forktruck Driver
· Material Specialist
· Material Support
· Spray Paint
· Hang/Unhang for Paint Line
· Machining Center
· Clean, Weldments
Job duties will vary depending on job the employee is assigned to.
· Assemble prime parts, weldments, sub-assemblies, purchased parts and other necessary components with the necessary nuts, bolts, washers or required hardware to produce an attachment, portion of a finished unit or finished unit as per print specifications or as instructed by foreman.
· Operate heavy duty forklift type of transport equipment, per written and/or verbal instructions from supervision to lift, load, move, transfer and unload heavy machine equipment, materials, parts, machine tools, etc. Assist operating personnel in setting up and tearing down dies, fixtures, jigs, etc. and returning tools to storage areas or racks. Move materials, parts, and supplies to storage areas, manufacturing departments, work stations, docks, warehouses, etc
· Check and service equipment, including battery, crankcase oil, horn, radiator, tires, etc. Report need for major service to supervision. Observe traffic laws and safety regulations.
· Adapts to new methods, processed, material, and equipment
· Maintain work area in a neat, safe and orderly condition.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED (Must provide proof of diploma or GED at time of interview).
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds on a regular basis.

Preferred Experience
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience using hand tools common to manufacturing.

Must be able to work 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Overtime-possibly on weekends as needed.
