Production Operator
Seeking a quick learning, detail oriented production associate, who is able to follow instructions and inspect the quality of raw and finished goods before, during, and after production. Must be able to work flexible hours including possible over time and weekends. Must be able to take full responsibilty for product quality, and maintain complete and accurate records of work-in-process, component inventories and relative documentation. Previous production/assembly operations and packaging material is a necessity, and experience with medical devices is a plus.
Requirements:
Qualifications: -High School Diploma or equivalent
-Must be able to be trained and effectively work within relevant systems such as Oracle and Agile
-Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
-Strong oral communication skills and comprehension
-Eagerness and willingness to learn and exhibit initiative while working in team environment
-Ability to adapt to changing priorities
-Must have ability to communicate potential problems in a professional manner
