Our client is a leading, innovation-driven Pharmaceutical corporation located in Overland Park that is committed to developing a growing portfolio of best-in-class and first-in-class pharmaceutical products to help people live longer and healthier.
Position requires the filling and packaging of Component products, cleaning of production facilities and equipment, completion of paperwork for batch records, and final disposition calculations. Incumbent must be able to calibrate scales and complete daily checks to support in-process compliance testing. Tasks: • Operate and perform set-up for Component and Tylan filling machines, staker, and pouch master. • Calibrate scales and complete daily checks to support in-process compliance testing. • Perform room and equipment inspections to verify/approve cleanliness prior to use. • Complete equipment log sheets, cleaning sheets, and door tags for all production rooms and equipment. • Understand and adhere to batch record instructions. • Verify all packaging materials issued from packaging personnel. • Troubleshoot problems, identify and resolve filling and packaging issues upon supervisor or QA approval. • Complete all closeout paperwork and batch record reconciliation. • Complete basic training in FDA cGMP and SOP compliance, gowning and safety requirements and individual machine operation. • Ensure packaging schedule is completed by due dates.
We currently have several openings for 1st shift. Working hours are 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
Positions start at $10.00/hour
Requirements:
- Must Have 2+yrsof Manufacturing ProductionOperation experience
- High School Education or GED
- Must be able to pass 5 panel drug screen
- Must have a good attention to detail and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Must have an outgoing, positive attitude.
- Must have a solid work and attendance history. (Will Reference Check)
- Must have clean criminal history - (NO Felonies and NO Misdemeanors)
