Job Description Summary: The Operation of production equipment for the production of parts working the Day shift.
Role Summary: . Operate machines and equipment associated with the assembly/winding production process . Carry out production techniques and tasks associated with the assembly/winding production process. . Maintain a clean and tidy work environment at all times and observe good housekeeping practices . Carry out other duties as requested by the Team Leader or Production Manager. . Manage and be responsible for the QA procedures for production . To work at all times within the requirements of the COSHH and company safety regulations and ensure a high level of housekeeping.
Basic Qualifications: . Able to work under pressure . Previous manufacturing assembly/test experience beneficial . Open 2 way communication skills . Enthusiastic and flexible in performing a wide range of tasks within and sometimes outside of their standard job descriptions . Ability to work towards a common goal within the business of continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes to increase the productivity of GR CTG . Fit the dynamic and enthusiastic culture within GR CTG- this is required for a business with aggressive targets for expansion and growth . Ability to work to standards and specific instructions . Ability to identify and to question sub-standard process/product . PC Literate. . Problem solving techniques and ability to work on own initiative. (Logical and systematic approach) .
