Major Responsibilities: · Manages all Corrugator, Converting and Shipping functions for the plant · Leads team of 80+ hourly associates and shift supervisors Develops, motivates and establishes performance targets for all direct reports Required Skills: Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of supervisory experience preferably within the corrugated packaging industry Education: Associate Degree in business related field Communication Skills: · Must effectively communicate at all business levels, both internal and external. · Must possess strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills. · Effective facilitation, presentation skills. · Must effectively facilitate production and safety training. Computer Skills: · Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, electronic mail, and other office equipment.
