Production Supervisor
An Industry Leader in the Shirley MA area is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor. This is a Temp-Perm opportunity with a well established company.
Requirements:
• Work a schedule of Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm.
• Learn and efficiently operate all production equipment.
• Assign/Schedule jobs and tasks efficiently.
• Responsible for notifying HR if any temporary works are needed for projects or large jobs.
• Keep production workers on task.
• Meet ship dates.
• Meet quality standards.
• Responsible for making sure all jobs are properly inspected, packaged and shipped.
• Continuously work to improve production quality and efficiency
• Maintain adequate levels of inventory, including but not limited to ink, paper, ribbon and labels.
• Follow all maintenance schedules and assign tasks as needed.
• Responsible for keeping attendance records and enforcing attendance policy for all production workers.
• Responsible for making sure all safety regulations and rules are followed.
• Responsible for filling out all disciplinary reports and following discipline procedures.
Must have supervisor experience in a manufacturing position and reliable transportation
