Directs product line whose primary objectives are to: assure plants goals are met in delivery, production performance, quality, and safety.
Responsibilities include:
•Reviews and approves adequate plans for the control of planned outputs, to make on time deliveries.
•Coordinates and collaborates with other departments of the division in establishing and carrying out responsibilities.
•Responds to manufacturing requests to solve related fabrication problems.
•Supervises the plant employees and possess good employee relations actives, to assure a high level of employee morale, and fair treatment to all people.
•Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills Required:
•3-5 years of Manufacturing Management in Metal Fabrication environment.
•3+ years of Lean Manufacturing
•Associate degree required
•Excellent communication and organization skills
•Leadership and people skills
