Production Unit Leader - Paint
ThisProduction Unit Leader-Paintis responsible for managing small work teams in a fast paced, high volume, unionized manufacturing environment. The duties include coordinating all activities to achieve business metrics and implementing World Class Manufacturing (WCM) process and initiatives.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree • Minimum 3 years ofsupervisory experience in a manufacturing/automotive environment • Demonstrated ability to coach/mentor employee team members • Proficiency in all MS Office products
Preferred Qualifications:
• Advanced or technical (BSCE, BSEE, or BSME) degree • Previous experience working in a union environment • Strong background in LEAN manufacturing
