Duties Bowhead is looking for a Program Analyst to perform a variety of administrative and programmatic support functions at the Force Protection and Counter system Measures (FP&CS) Branch, ARAT-PO, ACS Division and ISR Directorate levels, to include primary Division Operations support to the ACS Division Chief and special activities support to the Chief, Deputy Chief and Executive Officer, ARAT-PO, and Deputy Director, ISR, Intel, Surveillance and Reconnaissance. The Program Analyst will also serve as the liaison between the Branches, Division and Directorate levels being assigned tasking, collating and coordinating responses up the chain of command. Primary Responsibilities will include: 1) FP&CS Branch: Support at the FP&CS Branch level will include assisting the Branch Chief with short suspenses, and assisting the operations team with suspenses across the spectrum of Branch activities and coordinating responses to Higher. 2) ACS Division: Support the ACS Division Chief as the Division Operations coordinator collating and consolidating all responses from ARAT-PO, Force Protection and Counter Systems Measures, Sensors and Avionics Branch Chiefs, and their designates to report to the ACS Division Chief for reports to Higher. Core responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the consolidation of the Weekly Activity reports; SEC Staff Call Slides; Administration of ACS Division SharePoint inputs; the tracking and reporting of suspenses across the Division to include the administration of the Division suspense tracker ensuring timely responses to Higher suspenses are met; Program Management Reviews (PMRs) review of Branch data consolidating the same into the Division report for inclusion into the ISR Directorate report/presentation. Additional responsibilities include the review and proofing of data, organizing and conducting dry run rehearsals for the Branch Chiefs to perfect the presentations to the highest level, and final proofing of the product prior to approval by Division Chief. Other duties will include consolidating inputs, organizing and conducting the ACS Division Bi-weekly meeting to provide the ACS Division Chief with bi-weekly status of operations, personnel, releases, financial data and any outstanding and urgent issues that need to be addressed by the Division Chief. 3) Chief, ARAT-PO/Deputy Chief, ISR: At the behest of the Chief, ARAT-PO, organize and conduct Bi-weekly ARAT-PO U.S. Government and Task Order contract management meetings to inform the Chief, ARAT-PO of program and contractual status, to include the tracking of action items of special concern to ARAT-PO Chief in both meetings, and follow up on the same to ensure progress is made on items to their actions being closed. Respond to short suspenses from the ARAT-PO Chief and organize and collate responses for review and approval. Required Skills
