Bowhead must be able to verify all post-secondary education listed on an Employee's application and resume, including but not limited to dates of attendance and degree/diploma awarded. Post-secondary education includes any courses taken through an accredited college or university in pursuit of a degree. Employee must have a valid driver license and three (3) year clean driving record. Employee must follow all Authorized Driver Policy and Procedures regarding approved vehicle usage. Bowhead is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Duties Prepare Acquisition Documentation for a new Unmanned Air System (UAS). Review and coordinate on program and PPBE documentation to ensure program viability and technical accuracy. Draft POM Program Issue papers to comply with DoD programming guidance. Work closely with OPNAV UAS resource sponsors to identify and evaluate potential areas of concern in program performance and budget execution. Provide program and financial management support/analyses, including: needs assessment, preliminary cost/benefit analysis in an effort to align program/financial needs with business initiative. Display working knowledge with DoD acquisition directives (such as DoD 5000.1), policies, procedures and production disciplines involving procurement, configuration control, quality assurance, testing, and reliability requirements for weapons systems programs. Oral and written communication with all levels of government, military, and commercial personnel in formal/informal situations. Required Skills
Bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience. Candidates should have knowledge in six (6) of the following areas: acquisition management, requirements documentations, requirements coordination, budget estimating, production management, procurement planning, configuration management or program analysis. Work experience as an analyst in the defense weapon system acquisition process, including, developing, planning, scheduling, implementing and administering various stages of programs. SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to obtain a clearance at the SECRET level. Required Experience
