Duties Bowhead is looking for a Program Finance Analyst who will be responsible for financial control of one or more multi-million dollar government contracts, including accurate tracking of funding, expenditure, and fees, development and maintenance of Estimates to Complete (ETC) and Estimates at Complete (EAC), review and approval of government invoices, contractual deliverable requirements to include funding and expenditure status, allocating funds to subcontractors and tracking subcontractor expenditures, review and approval of subcontractor invoices, generating purchase requisitions, time-sheet quality control, review, approve, and track various corporate forms such as expense and travel vouchers. In addition to contractual support, the candidate will also be responsible for leading the budget process for the respective division, this includes coordinating and gathering the necessary data as well as tracking budget to actual revenue, cost, and profit throughout the fiscal year. Individual should be able to clearly communicate contract and divisional financial status to non-financial individuals, government customers and senior management. Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related Business Degree with 3 years of relevant experience. Must be a critical thinker. Requires excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial managers. Ability to communicate tactfully and effectively with senior management and customers. Knowledge and experience with government contracts. Good understanding of contract cost structures such as CPFF, TM, and FFP. Good understanding of indirect rates such as Fringe, Overhead, and General and Administrative. Candidates should have knowledge of MS Office with Advanced/Expert Excel Skill, Advanced PowerPoint.
