Job Description Summary: Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Program Management, as the Program Manager you will serve as the primary point of customer contact and will be responsible for program performance and the business relationship between the Company and assigned customers. You will also be responsible for one direct report.

Primary Responsibilities:
. Lead the IPT through the Goodrich Lean Product Development System (GLPDS) including; developing and refining the Least Waste Way Plan, facilitating Product Cost Optimization Workshops and deployment of Lean tools as needed.
. Contract management including communication of contractual requirements to the appropriate functional areas of the organization; monitoring customer and Goodrich performance to these requirements and initiate corrective actions as required
. Participate in the development of program plans, schedules and budgets; track and report performance to these plans and budgets; manage and monitor progress from order entry through shipment and billing of product; support in managing claims, cost tracking, cost reduction actions, etc.
. Support/lead program performance initiatives covering delivery and quality improvement
. Preparation and presentation of comprehensive program reviews and status reports to Goodrich and customer management
. Support in driving actions regarding program sales, profit/loss, inventory levels and other financial metrics
. Risk assessment and management including identifying problems and concerns within the organization that impact, or have the potential to impact program performance and serve as a change agent where necessary
. Lead Change Board team and process to effectively manage change from identification thru assessment and implementation phases.
. Become an acknowledged expert in the customer's business as well as product and process understanding so as to provide input into strategic decisions and identify opportunities for business growth
. Perform other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications: Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree/college diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
. At least 5 years of program management experience or related leadership experience in manufacturing required (Aerospace industry and proprietary programs preferred)
. Demonstrated experience in New Product Introduction or Product Development is required
. Demonstrated experienced in established Program Management Processes and Tools
. Demonstrated experience in application of LEAN product development tools and processes
. Effective Leadership skills strongly preferred
. Basic Finance and Accounting principles knowledge is required
. Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as effective negotiation skills
. Demonstrated knowledge of ERP software is stronly preferred
. General technical skills and demonstrated ability to interpret specifications and blueprints is reuired
. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project within a Windows environment
