Duties * Program Manager to manage large scale software development and infrastructure engineering and O&M environment. * Manage network and system operations environment and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). * Oversee teams supporting software development, website development, help desk operations, network management, network security, information assurance, video conferencing, and systems engineering. * Collaborate with other team members on planning, Understand and manage interdependencies between business and projects, facilitate communications among impacted teams. Work with business and project leads to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, slippages, and other issues. Identify risks and mitigation options. * Track and facilitate resolution to issues escalated to the team. Run weekly progress meetings and special working meetings to communicate information, obtain updates on all projects and identify/review/assign/resolve issues. Perform roll-ups of milestone plans and issues lists from multiple teams into a consolidated program plan. * Work with reporting teams to ensure adequate level of detail in milestone and issue reporting, surface concerns regarding milestones or issues and work with teams to resolve * Create visual representations of Program Plan for reporting to Client and Manager. Required Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years program management experience with ability to manage/execute multiple projects simultaneously. * Extensive experience running projects/programs in a complex, matrix-oriented environment. * Strong leadership skills; ability to manage to a resolution of issues and scheduling conflicts. * Comfortable in a fast-paced/dynamic environment. * Comfortable working with all levels of the organization. * Self-directed and motivated; able to resolve issues/suggest solutions with minimal guidance. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including senior level presentation experience. * Strong Microsoft Office suite skills, including MS Project and PowerPoint. Customer focused with excellent listening skills. Required Experience
