Major Job Duties Include: *Project Management and Sales in the Navistar OEM Commercial Vehicle team. *Ensure project management for diesel systems engine program(s). *Responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, launching awarded projects, and maintaining and supporting current business. *Specific responsibilities include project management, Quality Gate presentations according to Bosch Product Development process, cross-functional team leadership, commercial topics including engineering change requests coordination, samples, quotes and contracts, meeting coordination / lead and documentation (minutes, Open Points List), project costs planning, alignment and monitoring. *Responsible to ensure all aspects of a project are completed on time and to the customer's expectations. *Must cross coordinate with sales, engineering, applications, development and manufacturing groups.
Minimum Job Requirements Include: *Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent. *5 yrs min experience in Program Management. *5 yrs min experience in Automotive and/or Commercial Vehicle industry. *Ability to travel regularly (local & international). *Advanced Computer Skills (PowerPoint, Excel, etc). *Proven experience supporting / resolving customer issues (i.e. product, commercial negotiations, etc). *Technical competence. *Experience with customer relationships. *Adaptability in a changing environment. *Highly organized with a proactive approach. *Self motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. *Strong communication / presentation skills both written and verbal.
Desired: *Knowledge of diesel engines and fuel injection systems. *Effective negotiation skills. *Sales and production / manufacturing support experience. *Program Management Experience in Bosch Diesel Systems (including DS PEP Process experience).
