Project Manager-LEED AP/Commercial/Retail/Industrial/Project
A large Engineering firm in Southeast Michigan is looking for a Project Manager with 5-7 years of project management experience in the Commercial, Retail or Industrial industry. Candidate should be Leed AP certified and have their PE. Candidate will participate in new business acquisition through personal and new client contacts; prepare and present client proposals. This is a contract position.
Responsibilities:
-> Act as an integrator of solutions; ensure a good understanding of solutions by offering negotiating options with clients
-> Participate in new business acquisition through personal and new client contacts; prepare and present client proposals
-> Act as a single point of contact on project issues
-> Participate in the development of comprehensive business solutions; meet or exceed client objectives for new and existing projects
Requirements:
-> College Graduate
-> Must have a PE or AIA(American Institute of Architects)
-> LEED AP certified
-> 5-7 years project management experience
-> Commercial ? Retail ? Industrial experience
-> BIM, REVIT, MICROSTATION experience all a plus
