Candidate will work directly with the procurement manager to procure parts, material and services to support department needs throughout the organization including:
- Material and services for delivered product
- Inspection instruments and calibrations services
- Maintenance of equipment
- Capital projects
- Office equipment
Specific responsibilities will include entering obtaining quotations, preparing and entering purchase orders, expediting vendors, preparing shipping releases and schedule commercial carriers to transport parts to and from vendors.
Position is located in Carlstadt, NJ

BA/BS degree w/2+ years experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must be a self-motivated, team-oriented individual with good interpersonal skills.
Excellent Customer Service attitude.
Experience in purchasing and MAS 90 financial software is preferred.
Understanding of ACE or lean manufacturing is a plus.
