QA Lead
To perform inspection and testing to ensure that shipped product fulfills all customer specifications and quality requirements.
Requirements:
Monitor quality requirements in accordance with the company quality assurance policies
And customer specifications
Conduct inspections of in process, incoming materials/orders
Logand complete Non-Conformance reports (logs) and generate a monthly report
to Quality and Plant Management
Perform accurate mechanical, physical and visual inspection using inspection equipment as LAB, mil, gloss, calipers, tape measure and all other inspection equipment
Ensurecalibration and maintenance is performed on inspection equipment
Conduct various tests and quality checks on finished products to ensure standards
and tolerances
Perform physical and visual inspection of raw materials, painted materials, components
and assemblies as per customer specification requirements
Readand interpret specifications and part prints
Communicate and work with other company personnel to resolve inspection questions
and initiate corrective actions when needed
Comply with all quality, safety and work regulations
