Job Description Summary: JOB SUMMARY General Description
The Quality Systems Analyst is responsible for implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System through internal audits, and effective measurement systems (metrics), along with root cause evaluations and corrective action implementation identified from the metrics.
MAJOR DUTIES
(1) Coordinate with the Quality System Management Representative and Department Managers to assure the implementation schedule is maintained.
(2) Analyze the Quality Management Systems through Internal Audits and Metrics to identify weaknesses.
(3) Participate as a Corrective Action Team member and support the maintenance of the corrective action system.
(4) Coordinate with the Registrar for the certification audit, document reviews, etc.
(5) Act as the PCA Lead Auditor.
(6) Train internal auditors.
(7) Schedule and maintain the internal audit schedule.
(8) Coordinate all external quality audits by PCA customers with the Quality Assurance Manager, the Contracts Department and other PCA functions as required.
(9) Implement, maintain and analyze the effective measures (metrics) of the Quality Management System.

Basic Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS Specific Education, Experience, and Skill Requirements
(1) High school diploma or equivalent.
(2) Strong analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal skills.
(3) Ability to multi-task with good organization and prioritization skills.
(4) Excellent computer and MS Office skills (with emphasis on Excell/charting).
(5) Understanding of the Quality Management System.
(6) Ability to organize audit teams.
(7) Work well under pressure with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
