Description: Main responsibilities of monitoring work quality to ensure the highest quality of service is provided, managing the field researcher test case database, and performing internal audit responsibilities in compliance with the ISO 9001:2000 quality management system. Key Responsibilities 1. Monitor incoming and/or outgoing telephone calls to ensure proper communication is occurring with clients, verification sources, etc. 2. Complete the appropriate quality form documenting results of the monitoring session. 3. Review DVS and/or other databases to ensure the information obtained is entered correctly into the system. 4. Provide input to the Quality Manager and/or Department Heads concerning results of the quality assurance efforts.
