In addition, the candidate will be responsible for developing functional and high level system/application design specifications. You will also be responsible for the following tasks:* Understand the business issues and data challenges of the business model and its target clientele * Act as a delivery manager of various business driven projects with complete end to end responsibility from scoping to implementation* Lead testing efforts.* Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.* Work with Client Support to identify required changes.* Communicate needed changes to development team.* Assist in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.* Communicate and apply project standards.*Work closely with Project Manager in assigning tasks/projects to technical resources*Prepare written business documents that are coherent, grammatically correct, and professional. Required Skills:-2+ years experience as Business Systems Analyst, Programmer Analyst or QA Engineer.-2+ years experience with analysis and problem definition related to technology projects and tasks and as it pertains to business applications. -2+ years experience in business systems requirements analysis, including use case analysis, workflow and data flow modeling, and software design in a client/server or web environment with object modeling tools. -Understands technical design specifications and their correlation to Business Requirements.-Able to express complex business and technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.-Thorough understanding of the project life cycle process. -Experience with all phases of the SDLC.-Proactively initiate, develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external team members.-Experience with detailed analysis of database applications and data structures is a plus.-Ability to work longer hours or travel when necessary.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsEducation: BS or BA degree in computer science or related field is required. ***To apply, click on *apply now* or submit your resume to [click on "Apply Online" button] Category: Quality Control & Assurance - General
