Unified Technical, Inc. offers holiday pay, bonus and 401K MARY:Analysis and Solution* Create, review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.* Develop functional specifications and high level system/application design specifications* Quickly understand the business issues and data challenges of the WillCap business model and its target clientele * Act as a delivery manager of various business driven projects with complete end to end responsibility from scoping to implementationTechnical Recommendation and Testing* Lead testing efforts.* Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.* Work with Client Support to identify required changes.* Communicate needed changes to development ject Execution* Assist in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.* Communicate and apply project standards.* Will work closely with Project Manager in assigning tasks/projects to technical resources in accordance with project schedule.* Consistently deliver high-quality services* Understand the components of running a fiscally successful CATION:BS or BA degree in computer science or related field is UIREMENTS:* 2+ years experience as Business Systems Analyst, Programmer Analyst or QA Engineer* Minimum of 2 years experience with analysis and problem definition related to technology projects and tasks and as it pertains to business applications. * Minimum of 2 years experience in business systems requirements analysis, including use case analysis, workflow and data flow modeling, and software design in a client/server or web environment with object modeling tools. Experience with detailed analysis of database applications and data structures is a plus. * Understands technical design specifications and their correlation to Business Requirements. * Able to express complex business and technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing. Prepares written business documents that are coherent, grammatically correct, and professional. * Thorough understanding of the project life cycle process to effectively manage through the complexities of the business solution. Experience in full lifecycle software development process and methods.* Proactively initiates, develops and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external team members to achieve results.* Assumes additional responsibility without being asked. Ability to work longer hours or travel when necessary. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder local in Southern CA for an in-person interview only.
