Quality Control
Quality Control Technician.
Key responsibilities:
1- Inspect assemblies, subassemblies, components, parts and materials to ensure compliance to blueprints, specifications, work orders, purchase orders, etc.
2- Document inspection and measurement result in accordance with company standards and procedures.
3- Label and store all incoming products.
4- Create and review technical documentations (quality control sheet, test reports, etc).
5- Set up test machines. Perform mechanical tests in accordance to specification.
6- Maintain and calibrate all test equipments.
Key skills:
1- Be able to read instructions, blueprints, specifications, etc.
2- Be able to use inspection equipment; i.e., calipers, micrometers, height gages, etc.
3- Have good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
4- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with other functions
5- Good command of Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel).
6- Drive forklift.
7- High School Education. Technician Certificate or Associates Degree preferred
