The main responsibilities are: leading the facility effort to eliminate QC crib and all the product and process defects, managing incoming quality and providing necessary support to manufacturing, supervising quality personnel and directing their training to develop teamwork and problem solving skills, and establishing and implementing QC best practices. The position is located at our Livonia, MI facility. Requirements: Bachelors degree in quality, engineering, statistics, business, management, or related field; or Associates degree and 5 years proven experience. Minimum 5 years experience in quality management, preferably in automotive manufacturing. Demonstrated ability to create and implement QC process controls. Must have strong leadership ability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time. Proficient with Microsoft Office.
