We are currently seeking an individual with strong knowledge of motorcycles to test, inspect, and evaluate products for the purpose of maintaining quality and reliability by performing the following duties:
Selecting products for testing at specified stages in production process and then testing those products for variety of qualities such as dimensions, performance, and mechanical, electrical, or chemical characteristics. Recording test data, applying statistical quality control procedures. Evaluating data and writing reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards. Recommend modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability. Setting up and performing destructive and non-destructive test on materials, parts, or products to measure performance, life or material characteristics. Resolving Customer Problem Group emails and responding with pertinent information in a professional manner. Inspecting parts in receiving to insure quality measures and met. A strong knowledge of motorcycles parts and accessories is necessary for this position. Candidates with a certificate from college or technical school and/or six months to one year related experience in the motorcycles industry are encouraged to apply. Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills and be results oriented.
