JOB DESCRIPTION Title : Quality Control Technician Supervisor: Project Manager PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES ¨ Manages a Quality Control program within the Bell Structures environment ¨ Is the Internal Customer interface dealing with all related Quality issues on projects; ¨ Supports Program Managers on turn key projects throughout the entire phase by focusing on internal Quality processes; ¨ Manages internal activities with the functional groups to ensure that all aspects of the projects are completed to standards set by the Customer.; ¨ Reviews and evaluates current processes with recommendations; ¨ Supports joint ventures activities where required; ¨ Ensures full support to the Senior Program Managers in the Management of Quality Control. QUALIFICATIONS Education � University or College diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualifications Experience � 3 to 5 years experience in an architectural, civil or structural engineering environment and field experience; � 1-2 years in a related field of telecommunications Knowledge ¨ Strong knowledge of MS Project; ¨ Computer literacy in Windows, Microsoft Office Skills - Ability to work and focus on a project and maintain high standards of quality. - Dynamic and able impress upon co-workers the importance of quality standards. - Team player - Proven organizational and interpersonal abilities - Resourceful, adaptable, high integrity, self-starter - Organized, self-disciplined, reliable and capable of evaluating workload and obtaining cooperation of other departments - Good presentation and communication skills, self-assurance - Capable of working under pressure, sense of urgency Please send resumes to thank you.
