We are currently seeking aRegional Operations Directorin the Western region. Regional Operations Directors at CCC report to the Vice President Operations and hold primary responsibility for the plant operations at multiple plant locations.

Responsibilities:
As aRegional Operations Director, you will hold primary responsibility for all plant operations for multiple plants in Southeast Region. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will: * Direct and coordinate, in accordance with Company policies and procedures the management of multiple plants within the assigned region so that production, quality and quantity requirements are met, costs are within budgetary standards, and best manufacturing practices are utilized in the maintenance and conservation of equipment and facilities * Develop a continuous improvement culture utilizing lean manufacturing principles * Plan and coordinate the manufacturing activities to meet customer expectations * Establish production standards to meet Company and customer requirements * Ensure establishment of and adherence to procedures to maintain quality standards * Routinely review documents and processes to ensure cost effectiveness of operations * Prepare budgetary requirements accurately and in a timely manner
Qualifications:
* Minimum fiveyears of experience holding responsibility for the effective management ofMULTIPLE manufacturing plants. * Minimum tenyears of experience as amanufacturing plant manager. * Career history of drivingContinuos ImprovementandLean Manufacturinginitiatives. * Bachelor's Degree * Leadership abilities demonstrated by development, advancement, and promotion of team members. * Track record of career progression within manufacturing. * Excellent communication skills and strong leadership abilities. * Willingness to travel within assigned region.
