Time Warner Cable's (TWC) East Region Telesales department currently seeks Full- time Inbound Telesales Representative for their Morrisville (Raleigh area), NC location. Please find below a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to be successful in this position.
Shift: (Various full-time schedules, TBD) Must be flexible to work between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm, including weekends.

These professionals earn a base salary plus commissions as a percentage of total revenue generated, averaging $45k up to $90k plus with unlimited earnings potential!
Purpose: The Inbound Telesales Representative is a consultative professional sales position within our Telesales team. Individuals in this position are responsible for Cable, High Speed Data, Wireless, Data and Digital Telephone products and services within the residential realm.
This sales professional will drive bundled package sales. This professional is responsible for increasing the sell-in percentages of all products and services while maximizing revenue.
Essential Job Functions:
This sales professional conducts proactive consultative needs analysis with new and existing customers including the development of client centric product solutions.
Understands the Telecommunication needs of residential customers and presents solutions to meet those unique needs.
Sales professionals are responsible for achieving a monthly revenue quota in data, wireless, phone and video sales. They will educate customers and are experts in all TWC products, services and packages along with competitor's offerings. Works as a member of a team. Accepts change in a productive manner. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of strong sales experience with salary dependent upon base plus commission required.
Computer literate required.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, sales skills, basic math, reading, writing and organizational skills and problem solving capabilities with strong initiative.
Must have pleasant personality and telephone manner and the proven ability to work independently.
Basic computer/keyboard knowledge is required; working knowledge of Excel a plus. Bilingual fluency is a plus.
