Global Services Engineering (GSE) is looking for a Logistics Repair Engineer to join the GSE Military Team.
The Logistics Repair Engineer is primarily responsible for evaluating engine and part level distress and identifying repair opportunities for PW military engine components (F119, F135, F100, and Legacy) to economically return the engine to service and to ensure supportability for scheduled engine inductions.
Responsibilities include:
- Hardware and data analysis for parts exhibiting distress (wear, cracks, coating loss, etc) to determine engine repair needs.
- Evaluating legacy engine experience, along with attending PW wide Deep Look meetings, to assess predicted distresses versus a spares solution.
- Significant integration within Global Services Engineering disciplines, as well as with the Module Center CIPT's, Customer Support Engineering, Program Offices, Repair Overhaul Facilities, and External Customers as necessary.
This position will support one or more military engine programs and may be focused on specific sectors or modules depending on the candidate's background and experience.
