The Company is a leading global manufacturer of point of sale cash handling systems designed for retail, restaurant and hospitality environments. The Company’s products have a solid reputation for quality and reliability and proven results for increasing customer profits.
As a repair technician, you would be responsible the diagnosis and repair of warranty, non-warranty and production units. Specific responsibilities include repairing circuit boards to the component level, providing customer onsite and phone support, being the technical advisor for the sales team and serving as an active member of the corrective action team.
To be considered for this opportunity you must have prior experience repairing circuit boards to the component level, solid electronic troubleshooting ability, a basic understanding of serial data and USB communication, excellent communication skills and the ability to travel to customer sites in the eastern U.S. as necessary.
