Each Account Manager is responsible for retaining and growing current accounts and for gaining new market share in their given territory.
? Meet or exceed revenue and gross profit expectations. ? Prepare daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly action plans by individuals as well as by team to insure focused activity. Review leads, pending orders, and lease upgrades. ? Maintains sustained sales activities; appointments, demonstrations, proposals, phone and foot prospecting, and database updates. ? Maintains all activity in the sales database (i.e. Soaring) daily. Update and maintain pipeline. ? Keep abreast of changes in technology and understanding of basic user abilities to competently propose front?end solutions. ? Has a full understanding of all products, their targeted clients, and all applications. ? Presents ideas clearly and concisely. This involves using a consultative approach to analyze the customers? business requirements, and developing customized solutions to exceed customer requirements. ? Serves as the first line of contact with customers and proactively heads off problems with clients / accounts. ? Acts promptly on all client requests. ? Follows up on all sales leads within 24 hours of receipt. ? Conduct accounts reviews with clients upon request or review of their account. ? Responsible to create and maintain accurate paperwork on each sale. This includes timely responses to e-mail and voice mail inquiries regarding this stated paperwork. ? Demonstrates a commitment to the Denitech sales process, values and code of ethics. ? Effectively manages time through careful territory planning. ? Is knowledgeable about the client buying cycles, the sales processes, and can demonstrate proficiency in each step. ? Requires valid driver?s license, clean driving record and minimum levels of auto insurance. ? Other duties as assigned. Management reserves the right to add or delete duties as deemed appropriate.
? Requires College Degree ? Possesses strong organizational and interpersonal skills and self-motivating ? Proficient in computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite) ? Possesses the ability to interpret, comprehend and apply complex material and instruction ? prepare, provide and convey diversified information ? Previous sales experience is preferred, but not necessary
