Sales Coordinator- Radio
The Sales Coordinator's primary function is to provide administrative support to the assist local sales staff and General Sales Managers. Duties include, but are not limited to: -Typing & Creative development of proposals, one-sheets, etc -Writing up traffic and production orders -Researching billing discrepancies -Database management -Generation of reports -Manual invoicing -Support for Sales Manager -Phone and email communication with clients -Distributing mail and faxes throughout the day -Maintaining and organization of office supplies -Stocking and monitoring office equipment (faxes, copiers, printers) -Back-up for reception desk -Maintaining and dispersing station merchandise -Assisting with meeting room set-up, lunch meetings, client parties, etc.
