Purpose of Position:
Within the framework of the company’s overall business strategy, this person will be capable of managing a multi-level team within six months to one year from date of hire. The Manager Candidate will develop to a level of successfully implementing the company strategy/vision, within a multi state geographic area or functional corporate area, to meet our customers’ expectations while achieving functional goals and profitability targets.
Job Requirements :
Key Skills Required:
· Relevant business experience. Has a track record of successful people management.
· Proven ability to develop and implement a business plan encompassing budget responsabilities to complement the needs of the customer and the strategic direction of the company. Strong analytical skills to research local market conditions, analyze results and develop and implement effective strategies.
· Has successfully led sales business teams.
· Results oriented and pro-active – able to get things done and consistently overachieves goals and objectives.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills both individually and in group settings.
· Has proven skills selecting, coaching and developing people.

Candidate Profile:
· Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
· Minimum 3-6 years relevant business and people management experience.
· Level of significant achievement with varied job responsibilities.
· Clear career progression with no more than 2 companies within the last 5 years
· Mobility–must bemobile throughout United States or abroad (according to language skills).
· Language skills in addition to English strongly preferred.
· Clear potential successive levels of management.
