North American sales of filtration products. Responsible for sales to selected major customers. Responsible for Customer Service function at two locations with 6 Customer Service Representatives. Grow sales of plastic filtration products to budgeted levels. Work with major selected filtration customers. * Manage development and implement strategies to grow Filtration market * Identify and assist prioritization of engineering development efforts for the Filtration market * Facilitate and help implement new growth projects * Implement new product introductions * Develop account and territory strategies for major filtration customers * Key account plans and sales forecast for major customers * Prioritize Filtration customers when delivery conflicts arise * Review monthly Cost of Goods Sold report and analyze low margin products * Develop plans to improve margins for overall market and low margin products * Manage Accounts Receivable and Resolve Customer Credit Problems * Performance Management for direct reports * Manage 2 customer service centers and 6 Customer Service Representatives/Supervisors * Follow up and address division customer service related Customer Feedback Reports. * Establish division-wide guidelines and standard procedures for scheduling and customer service * Develop and implement division-wide customer service phone policies. * Conduct monthly Customer Service Communication meetings. * Ensure compliance with and effective communication of divisional safety policies and procedures.
