Job DescriptionBusiness Support â?¢Develop and maintain data and report related to different stages of the sales cycle, in particular forecast-to-order, order-to-cash processes. â?¢Study and analyze the data and report and partners with other department to optimize sales at minimum inventory. â?¢Support sales to run business smoothly through keeping price list up-to-date, pricing analysis/calculation. â?¢Maintain and validate sales out (POS) data for commission payout. â?¢Generate and maintain daily, monthly and quarterly sales revenue reporting. Sales Administration â?¢Responsible for timely processing of customer orders and credit requests related to non-product returns. â?¢Work and follow up with Operations closely for delivery schedule and drive for a reasonable delivery date towards meeting customer satisfaction. â?¢Manage delivery escalation and prioritize orders so as to optimize sales and achieve customer satisfaction.
