As a part of the Technology Services Group, the Senior Manager will be responsible for the full systems development lifecycle from requirements gathering through coding, testing and implementation of Leadership Delivery Solutions. The Senior Manager will work closely with clients and must demonstrate individual functional and professional knowledge to ensure work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber. The Senior Manager will apply project management expertise to identify, develop and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues and optimize cost savings for clients, and to ensure that all project deliverables are created on time and within budget by more junior team members. The Senior Manager will work closely with clients to address issues and identify opportunities. The Senior Manager will also carry specific yearly managed revenue and sales targets.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Capgemini is growing its Consumer Products and Retail Distribution (CPRD), Manufacturing and Automotive practices in North America, and requires experienced leaders to assist clients with solution architecture, and implementation, of large transformations projects, advising on industry best practices, trends, process and technology solutions, and with a focus on SAP solutions. This is a role that encompasses practice development, people leadership, business development, solution architecture, and project delivery. A significant amount of time will be spent working on client sites, directly with client business.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: Candidates must possess the experience, skills/capabilities/knowledge identified below: - 3-5 years consulting experience with a Big-4 company or similar. - 5-10 years implementing SAP solutions for regional, national, and global CPRD, Manufacturing and/or Automotive companies. - Demonstrated successful track record of leading delivery of 2-3 large transformation SAP programs for national and global CPRD, Manufacturing and/or Automotive companies. - Demonstrated thought leadership through industry forum participation, trade publications, speaking at industry events, etc. - Successful track record of building relationships with client executives and the VP and CXO level. - Experience building highly-motivated and successful consulting teams.
Skills/Capabilities/Knowledge: - Knowledge of CPRD, Manufacturing and/or Automotive industry processes and organizations, best practices, operations, and IT landscape. - Knowledge of SAP solutions and ECC modules (e.g., OTC, RTC, FI/CO) to support the CPRD, Manufacturing and/or Automotive industries and awareness of non-SAP solutions. - Superior written and oral communications skills, and able to communicate solution concepts and ideas to senior executives. - Ability to collect, distill and organize client business needs, and to translate into an holistic process, organization, and technical architecture, leveraging SAP technologies. - Knowledge of full-cycle implementation methodologies, such as SAP ASAP. - Able to establish program and project management processes and organization. - Experience managing project revenue, including budget responsibility
