Purpose/Summary:

Responsible for Security and HSSE issues for all warehouse facilities - mainly Damco Logistic Center (DLC)
To execute and manage all Security and HSSE activities for the WND Operations & Business Plan
To support maintenance activities in duty assigned
To ensure support for operational excellence in CFS operations
To support HSSE process development initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

Generally supervise & control all activities of Security and HSSE process & issues following strictly requirement of Damco VietNam and Damco's clients and local authorities at Damco Logistic Center and other Damco warehouse facilities
Daily management performance of third party of security company Long Hai who is main security force at DLC
Combine smoothly with other Supervisors in daily operations control Security and HSSE issues. Responsible for CFS compliance to SCSP including C-TPAT as well as ongoing development of security program within the facility
Supervise & control DCL and other Damco facilities which includes but are not limited to the following:
+ Whole warehouse including storage, working office, yard, customs working office (if any)
+ Stevedore and Tallymen and Forklift Drivers resting places including lavatories, toilets.
+ Maintenance room, documents storing room, warehouse working office, water tank & pump places
+ Fences
+ Gate houses
+ Security and Safety of human; cargoes; and properties
Support to supervise & control DCL and other Damco warehouse facilities' properties & system includes but are not limited to the followings:
+ Forklift trucks (all kinds)
+ Generators
+ Electric and lighting system
+ Support functions for daily operations and HSSE
+ Water system
+ Fire alarm system and relevant equipments
+ Anti-fire system & equipments such as fire engines hydrants hoses; fire extinguishers including CO2 and power cylinders
+ Cameras (CCTV) system
+ Air conditioners system
+ Miscellaneous: wall-clocks, wooden pallets, nestainers, rolling gates, iron bridges, office furniture.
+ Public access: micro phones, walkie-talkies, speakers.
Supervise and control HSSE; SCSP and CTPAT compliance and relative programs and process are ensured at all times at DCL and other Damco warehouse facilities
Be responsible to daily, weekly and monthly inspect and receive reports from Long Hai security staff of DCL and other Damco warehouse facilities, properties, systems and compliance
Report timely any troubles or problems which can not be solved to Warehouse Senior Supervisors or CFS Operations Manager
Follow up and control all relevant cost and expenses of Security and HSSE issues
Willing to do ad-hoc tasks of supporting in case of need
To ensure strict execution of the SOP / IOP of the CFS clients
