TheHuman Resource Associate(Temporary)position will have the following responsibilities:
· Serves as primary contact for all internal and external customer inquiries.
· Lead SAP HR data entry and database maintenance.
· Responsible for the HR status slip process which includes initiating, tracking, routing and reporting.
· Responsible for the job requisition process from initial request through placement of candidates. This process may include initiating, tracking, routing, reporting and job posting process.
· Maintains highly confidential employee files(educational records, legal documents, status slips, etc.).
· Audits, as necessary, various logs, reports and data to ensure data integrity.
· Gathers appropriate information and composes reports for use by various business unit managers.
· Provides employment verification information for current and previous employees.
· Reconciles invoices from various vendors for agency personnel and employee safety glasses program.

Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant business experience required
· 0-2 years experience in Human Resources field
· Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
· Advanced PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Lotus Notes. Prior SAP HR experience desired
· High degree of accuracy
· Discretion in handling confidential information
· Organization skills with the ability to create and maintain neat and accurate reports and meet deadlines
