Under the direction of the Director, Capital Markets and PCG Learning, this role is accountable for strategy through to execution of effective learning programs for Private Client Division (PCD) professionals. The focus will be on Relationship Management with the business leaders and the enhancement of the Professional Development Framework for the tenured Sales Team. This position will partner with the PCD senior leaders and the PCD HR Business Partner (HR BP) to determine learning strategies that strongly align with business/sales strategies. Based on best practices within brokerage, the incumbent will assess client needs, design content, identify delivery methods, implement or facilitate programs, craft reinforcement strategies and monitor impact. This role has a strong internal consulting focus on the disciplines of leadership, sales, product, technology and intake. To deliver results, the position liaises with Subject Matter Experts in the business and at the Institute for Learning.
