Senior Sales Representative
The SLS Senior Sales Representative will sell lighting maintenance, relamp and retrofit programs to end user facility maintenance engineers, energy managers and purchasing professionals. In addition, they will identify and work in conjunction with Energy Savings Companies (ESCO?s) as well as Utilities on Custom Programs.
Primary sales focus on selling interior and exterior turn key lighting service and energy management programs to retail chains, DCs and Commercial office buildings. Other key segments include banks, healthcare and industrials.
Promote and sell new fluorescent and HID lighting products and systems including LED, T5 Pentron HO and Pulse Start.
Partner with other OSI channels to build on existing end user relationships and uncover new business opportunities.
This is an end user direct sales position with an average selling cycle of 6 - 9 months.
Due to long selling cycle, applicants must demonstrate capability to work numerous end user buying influences with patience and determination to close the sale.
