TheSan Francisco, CAbranch currently has aService/Repair Sales Account Managerposition available. This position is responsible for identifying and securing service and repair contracts on a full line of elevator equipment manufactured by ThyssenKrupp Elevator and its competitors.
Job Requirements :

A high school diploma or GED is required

A Bachelor’s degree or elevator/electrical apprenticeship is preferred, but equivalent sales experience in the elevator or compatible industry will be considered.

At least two (2) years experience with intangible/complex sales is required and previous elevator industry is preferred

Ability to manage customer relationship:
· Proactive approach to develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in assigned territory.
· Responsible for growing the ThyssenKrupp position within the customer base area.
· Self motivated with strong negotiation, communication, customer service, and organization skills.
· Ability to read blueprints and understand general mechanical and electrical applications is helpful.
· Maintain CRM database to document the customer and contact information, and all data that is applicable.

Sales responsibility:
· Meet sales budget and targets by developing leads, orders and contracts.
· Manage the customer order to ensure the contents are meeting and/or exceeding expectation throughout the negotiation process, verify all terms and conditions, including quality and safety.
· Prepare and present completed information with accuracy to your internal teams to include service/repair, branch, region and/or corporate management.
· Maintain all data in CRM database with complete and accurate information to include opportunities, tasks, and scheduled customer visits.
· Responsible for timely and accurate reporting as instructed by the management team.
· Remain organized and focused through a multi-step sales process.
