ThyssenKrupp Elevatoris currently seeking aService & Repair Sales Representativefor ourBaltimore, MDmarket. This individual will aggressively identify and secure service and repair contracts on a full line of elevator & escalator equipment.
Job Summary § Manages assigned sales territory and successfully meets or exceeds annual service and repair sales target goals. § Monitors the status of current service contracts and aims to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times. § Develops and maintains strong working relationships with clients, building owners and property managers. § Delivers professional sales presentations to current and potential customers. § Receives and responds to inquires related to quoted repairs and service contracts. § Prepares sales proposals and reports, advises on any issues impacting the customer’s account. Job Requirements :
Qualifications § Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing or related field of study is required. § At least two (2) years experience in an outside sales role with a successful track record is necessary. § Must be self-motivated and have demonstrated ability to stay organized & focused through a multi-step sales process. § Must be able to work flexible hours when required including nights and weekends. § Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills required. § Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. § Excellent presentation skills with a high degree of professionalism.
