JOB STEP
Journeyman- At least 4 years of documented field experience in chosen craft discipline and have the ability to read and interpret instructions and documentation and plan and perform work activities alone.
Leadman- Provides leadership, instruction, and guidance to other craftsman in work crew, to provide assistance to Foreman, while working in the capacity of a journeyman.

SUMMARY
Performs maintenance service and repairs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, electrical, or vehicle servicing for the shop and office buildings.
- Knowledgeable in the procedures and safety measures in area(s) of specialty.
- Responsible for observing and complying with all safety and project rules, including wearing required personal safety equipment. Performs other duties and activities as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
May require a high school diploma and previous years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
