Sourcing Engineer (Healthcare product)
Location: Ladlumkaew, Pathumthani
Execute sourcing, negotiate and qualify new suppliers Support new product launch and handle all sourcing concerned during product development Research and evaluate national and international supply markets Drive cost optimization, supplier relationship management (SRM) and supplier performance improvement Assess capability, EHS, labor, product, financial and transportation risk for outsourced and contract manufacturing supplier Prepare and update all contract (NDA, Supply agreement, IP and etc.) with suppliers to be suited for business model Establish and maintain potential supplier profile and record
Qualifications
Basic/Minimum Qualifications:
Male or female who has a bachelor degree in Engineer or Science Minimum 3 years experience in the position in related business environment (Medical device, Healthcare business are advantage) Good commercial knowledge in sourcing, procurement of commodities, taxation and import/export will be advantage Good negotiation skills, knowledge of supplier management Have manufacturing experience especially automotive business is advantage Good knowledge on product commercialization/scale up process Good interpersonal and communication skills both Thai and English Strong project management and leadership skills
