Sr Analyst-Reportng & Analysis
4-6 years of experience with business analytics, report creation, data validation and report validation
2 years in telecommunications or wireless industry
Advanced database, SQL, and spreadsheet skills
Exceptional logic, quantitative and analytical skills
Familiar with popular reporting tools such as Cognos and Reporting Services
Ability to create solutions that minimize manual processes without sacrificing user flexibility
Proficiency with Access/Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Teradata SQL/SQL ServerThis position is responsible for performing high-level activities (e.g. report requirements collection/analysis, reporting ""system"" design.) related to all phases of the report development life cycle. The incumbent acts independently, and provides technical leadership and/or business-related subject matter expertise. The Senior Analyst is also responsible for evaluating and developing reliable and efficient automated solutions to fulfill complex business reporting requirements.
Works as a team member and provides technical leadership and/or business-related subject matter expertise on large, highly complex reporting projects and business analytics. Regularly leads other team members, provides direction to staff members and peers in selected project activities.
Collects client requirements, performs analysis, writes report specifications and develops designs. Responsible for producing high quality deliverables in a timely fashion. Performs technical evaluation/peer review of SQL and occasionally develops systems-related standards and procedures.
