Job Description Summary: Responsible for man power hiring (Non-IDC), sustenance of cordial Employee Relations for GR, India Operations.

? Responsible for legal compliance and proceedings, Viz., initiate desciplinary actions on case to case basis, employee counselling, grievance handling, etc. ? Plan and implement ER activities to prevent unionization.
? Ensure quarterly and annual roll out of R&R for Non-IDC
? Coordinate and conduct PCI for Non-IDC employees and work towards implementation of the same.
? Conduct timely "All Hands Meet"
? Grievance handling and employee counseling at shop floor
? Enforcing employee discipline on the shop floor like., late coming, absenteeism
? Ensure/Assist in the events like Ayudha Pooja, Annual Party & Sports Day
? Ensure timely goal setting, performance evaluation and annual appraisal of non- exempt employees.
? Ensure timely completion of employee training and confirmations
? Monitoring of employee benefits like, uniform, shoes, etc.
? Create awareness among new employees (non-exempt) about the purpose and implementation of BCEC certification and ensure certification as per the prescribed format.

Statutory compliance under PF, ESI, Factories Act i.e.,
? Approval of factory building/machinery layout as per Factories Act and local government.
? Renewal and amendment of factory licence.
? Contract labour regulation & abolition.
? ESI and PF registration.
? Driving/ follow up with Infrastructure & Maintenance department for
a) On-site emergency plan approval.
b) Pressure vessel testing certification.
? Monthly returns including payment of subscriptions
? Quarterly returns
? Half yearly returns
? Annual Returns
? Issue address proof and salary certificate- NON-IDC exempt

? Serve as a focal point for managing and resolving autotime/global payroll queries from different users.
? Ensure respective autotime/global payroll smooth functioning by working close with the first level data administrators and users.
? Serve as a liaison between specialist systems and first level data admin.
? In some cases, train the first level data administrators and users. Bring forward technical and functional issues to System Specialist.
? Explore possibilities of improving /upgrading autotime/global payroll and communicate to the System Specialist to work towards its implementation.
? Bring forward technical and functional issues to specialist systems.
? Attend meeting/conference calls with System Specialist to keep up to date with current status where ever required.
Basic Qualifications: MBA / MSW with 5-6 years of experience
% Travel Required: < 10%
