The Senior Manager of Business Process design will be responsible for driving the design and development of Global planning processes and systems. This position will partner closely with IT, PMO and Merchandise Planning leads throughout the organization. This position would be an ideal opportunity for an experienced team leader with a strong Merchandise Planning background and project experience.
Partner with Business and Corporate planning teams in understanding current process and functional system requirements.
Drive business process design, identifying process gaps and opportunities for efficiencies.
Oversee the development of Business process flows and step by step documentation to support system build.
Partner with the IT teams in the development of the functional design and configuration of the planning system.
Develop business scenarios to support test scripts to support testing
Participate in user acceptance testing and validation.
Assist in developing and implementing the project training approach and curriculum.
Identify and appropriately communicate any project risk or issues to Sr leaders.
Identify change impacts to the planning organization. Partner with change management lead to ensure the impacts have been appropriately captured.
