We are currently looking for a Sr. Product Marketing Manager. This position will be responsible to:
Market Intelligence · With Product Management, create and manage programs to profile target markets and channels to define their needs and buying behavior · Establish and manage customer and channel advisory boards with Sales and Product Management · Formalize process for sales, support and others from across the company, to input feedback and insight that may impact the direction of the portfolio and marketing efforts. Ensure a feedback mechanism to the originator is established
Marketing Launch Plans · Interface with Product Management and Marketing Communications to define and execute Marketing Launch plans · Assist in the creation of Sales and Marketing collateral and tools to support the launch and sustained Marketing efforts supporting the portfolio · Create and modify Sales and channel · Establish and report on milestones and metrics to gauge progress on associated Marketing initiatives and measure effectiveness · Manage the process to establish customer testimonials, case studies and joint marketing opportunities
Market Education · Define and execute customer and channel (direct and indirect) education programs · Manage collateral and information updates resulting from messaging changes and product revisions
Market Demand · Collaborate with others to develop demand generation strategies and manage associated marketing programs
The ideal candidate will possess:
· B.A. Business or Marketing · 5+ years of product marketing experience with at least 2 years experience in a field facing role · Very strong written communication skills · Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties
