Citizen Reports to: Production Manager Clearance or held one in the last 24 months Summary: Technician works specifically with Electrical/Mechanical/Encryption products. Tests and troubleshoots production units to meet delivery requirements. Performs a variety of complex test evaluations, reports to engineering issued found. Works with Engineering and Quality departments to ensure issues surfaced thru testing is documented and reported to management. Qualification Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: . 4-6 years technical trade school or military technical school, or equivalent experience. Skills: . Testing and troubleshooting techniques . Use of test equipment such as Oscilloscopes and other data gathering devices . Must be able to read detailed assembly and technical schematics and drawings . Knowledge of fault analysis . Must work well under pressure and with others . Ability to build up engineering prototypes using copper clad or peg board technologies to build complex test fixtures required for the testing and troubleshooting of ground unit equipment.
