Supplier Program Management 4\5

Provides technical and business guidance to integrate strategic supply chain activities. Leads stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phases. Leads strategic supply chain activities to manage work with suppliers and programs. Conducts and guides supplier assessments. Develops current and projected work statement. Leads and establishes the basis for recovery, corrective and preventative action plans. Leads the development of company or business unit procurement strategies. Provides oversight, guidance and verification of work movement projects. Communicates supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to stakeholders. Manages work movement plans.

Independently identifies project resource requirements, integrate and direct multi project elements into a single collective overall project plan. Collaborates with others on the most complex projects assigned. Ability to direct, delegate and ensure performance of assigned responsibilities and tasks as a project team leader in support of the overall large scale and complex projects. Identifies and resolves any issues and provide solutions and or recommendations to ensure the successful completion of the project.

A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study. Level 5 - Technical bachelor's degree and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 12 or more years' or a PhD degree with typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
