This position is responsible for providing logistical support to three facilities in the Raleigh Area.
The selected candidate will perform the following duties:
A. Data entry for the shipping and receiving functions. B. Provides feedback to internal and external customers on shipments or questions about shipments. C. Evaluates all shipments for adherence to all state, federal, global regulations. D. Performs receipt transactions. E. Administer and manage file systems to ensure accuracy of transaction documentation and records of incoming/outgoing material. F. Interfaces regularly with other departments to investigate and resolve issues related to invoicing, shipping, or hand on counts in the warehouse. G. Assist department in loading/unloading of truck. H. Fosters an environment that promotes Eaton's goals, philosophies, and encourages continuous improvement. I. Maintain equipment and perform housekeeping duties as necessary using principles of 5S. J. Perform other duties as assigned by management and deemed pertinent to the continued success of Company and employee objectives and/or goals.

Job Qualifications /Educational Requirements Required: High School Diploma or GED required, Associates degree preferred. Minimum of 1-3 years shipping/receiving experience including processing related paperwork. Proficient in MS Office Applications. Ability to use good judgment and problem solving skills. Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Previous forklift experience/certification preferred. Experience with MAPICS, PRMS and/or other Material Resource Planning Systems preferred. Knowledge of state, federal, and global regulations preferred.
